It’s a record of a life that didn’t follow a straight line.

For much of my early years, I was out of control, misunderstood, and dealing with mental health struggles I didn’t yet understand - something that shaped many of the decisions and consequences that followed.

These pages are reflections from that journey, written with the clarity that only comes much later in life.

My views are shaped by experience, but I’m aware that no issue is ever as simple as it first appears. They reflect how I see the world - formed through lived experience, study, and ongoing reflection.
